We're having that good old American standby, goulash. Hamburger, macaroni, tomatoes, pasta, etc. Yummy!

Strawberry ice cream for dessert if there's room. There's still some lemon blueberry loaf cake too.

I love Bright Week!

I noticed that it tastes good whether it is summer or winter

tomato sauce with mushrooms, garlic, peppers, turkey sausage and onions

maybe a red wine

So …. baked crumb topped chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans.

... with beef, and over rice.
I use the sauce cubes that are found in asian markets.

It's a satisfying meal for a cold, rainy day.

They are the best!

Mom and I tried a new place for lunch and it was so good I got three more to take home for dinner: Beef and Onion, Brisket, and a Smoked Chicken.
Their chimichurri is perfect, exactly how I like it. We’ll definitely be eating there again, and often.
