Kremlin's fake opposition: the West isn't buying it - Break the Fake - TVP WORLD

The EU has tightened its visa rules for Russian citizens – and the strongest backlash didn’t come from the Kremlin, but from the Russian opposition. Yulia Navalnaya, widow of Alexei Navalny, condemned the end of multi-entry Schengen visas, calling the policy “collective punishment.”

But Europe’s concern is straightforward: security. Russia is waging a full-scale war, launching missiles, and sending operatives disguised as tourists. Meanwhile, the Russian opposition responds not with strategy or solutions, but with frustration over losing access to Europe.

In this episode of Break the Fake, Benjamin Lee explains what the new visa rules actually change, why Navalnaya is protesting them, and what this clash reveals about the widening gap between Europe’s priorities and the expectations of Russia’s opposition.
