Rostovka: Repair work or something more? We start in Russias Omsk region, early morning, 18 November. Around 5 a.m., residents near the village of Rostovka woke up to a giant column of fire. Videos raced across Telegram and Reddit: a gas pipeline had ruptured and ignited just outside Omsk city. (Euromaidan Press)
Regional governor Vitaly Khotsenko went on Telegram to reassure people. His first message:
