Russia's Empire Destroyed - Joe Blogs

Russia’s overseas oil empire is being carved up. The USA has now extended the deadline for Lukoil to sell its international assets to 13 December 2025, and Bulgaria has been pushed to 29 April 2026. If these deals don’t happen, the refineries, pipelines and fuel networks could be seized or shut down under sanctions.

In this video, I break down the massive escalation in the Lukoil saga — including the brand-new license issued for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which moves 1.6 million barrels of oil per day and accounts for 1.5% of global supply. Without this license, the world would face an immediate oil shock.

I’ll explain:

• Why the U.S. extended the deadlines
• Which assets are now at risk
• How the CPC pipeline fits into this crisis
• Who might buy Lukoil’s overseas operations
• And how all of this could impact the global oil market

This is one of the most important geopolitical energy stories of 2025 — and it’s moving fast.
