False bomb threats, security incidents cloud Moldova's parliamentary vote - FRANCE 24

False bomb threats briefly halted overseas voting in several EU cities on Sunday, according to Moldova’s foreign ministry, and cyberattacks targeted some official sites as the country voted in a tense parliamentary election.
