Silver Lining: How Drone Strikes on Kyiv Reveal the Kremlin's Own Limitations - William Spaniel



Russia has ramped up its drone strikes on Ukrainian cities in the last few months, as more Russian production facilities come online. However, this is largely an ineffective coercion strategy given the current situation. Combine that with how the Kremlin has limited financial resources, and it reveals an important limitation: Russia has a bad return on investment for trying to directly move the front lines.
