Growing concerns that China is playing an active role in supporting the Russian war effort in Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says two Chinese citizens have been captured while fighting in eastern Ukraine, and he accuses Beijing of bolstering the Russian army. The Chinese government insists that it IS netural.
