Witkoff greeted Putin with his hand over his heart

A meeting is being held between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President's special representative Steve Witkoff.

Axar.az reports that the Kremlin has released information about this.

It should be noted that Witkoff greeted Putin by placing his hand on his heart. When he approached, they shook hands and chatted while standing. They took a joint photo and entered the hall where the meeting would be held.

It should be noted that the meeting is being held behind closed doors.

Note that the above is the whole written part of the report. Watch the video in the link. (This is an Azerbaijani news outlet) I wanted to post this so everyone could see Witkoff placing his hand over his heart as soon as Putin appeared in the room.

without good results. I don't know if it means fealty, but I view it as an act that conveys admiration and friendship.
