In response to Trump's tariffs, global oil prices have begun crashing. For Russia and Vladimir Putin, that's bad news - Russia can't survive low oil prices. that finally bankrupted the Soviet Union all right. They did it to help the Mujahideen to expel the Soviet forces from Afghanistan. It took a while, but it worked then. Hope it can work now. Maybe Putin's credit card can go over limit and he'll run out of money the same way.
