Matt just interrupted her answer about battling terrorism and Al Queda to ask a question about ISIS. He keeps trying to rush her answers so he can get his next stupid question out which she would probably have answered if he would just shut up.

she did NOT do that, of course. He was also trying to make her look confuzzled, which was a massive failure as well.
