What do you call it when the primary loser puts out an op-ed antagonizing his party for a non-binding platform position (that is neither for or against TPP) in a widely read newspaper in a State that could decide the election?

Maybe my terrible 4th is causing me to read into it too much, but Bernie seems to be playing with fire. What vital state is he going to accuse the Democrats of not caring about workers (aka Trump's message) in next?

Why try damaging the DNC? They allowed him to run in the primary, the primaries are over. It is sad to read disparaging remarks made about the DNC.
