So has all of CA ballots all been counted yet?

I been hearing from Sanders supporters that over 2 million votes of provisional ballots have not been counted yet. I wonder if this talking point is true.

It seems strange that there are no updates since June 10th for these counties. They should have processed most of the ballots by now.
