Mike Gallagher Not Running For Reelection

But fundraising for that seat was going to be difficult. It also wasn't too late to primary him. We all know how dirty the GQP plays. Probably wanted to protect his family.

OTOH, he might have just decided he's had enough of the bullshit before he voted against impeachment.
