Early voting begins Monday for Bell County elections

Voters across Bell County soon will head to the polls as early voting begins Monday for the May 2 uniform election. Items on the ballot will determine a number of local races, school board seats and bond propositions across the county.

Early voting runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Friday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 27; and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 28. No voting will take place Tuesday due to it being a state holiday, San Jacinto Day.

Polls will open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 2.

Ballots vary depending on where voters live, but Bell County residents may see a mix of municipal positions, school board races and bond propositions.
