Watertown City Council's top vote-getters plan for November
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The top three spots in the Watertown City Council primary race are secure, with the 4th not likely to change.
It’s close for incumbent council member Lisa Ruggiero.
After the votes were tallied from Tuesday’s primary, Shane Garrabrant, Pete Monaco, and Doug Osborne are 1, 2 and three.
Garrabrant got 785 votes. Monaco had 742. Osborne received 598.
