City of Belzoni General Runoff Election
BELZONI - We now know who will appear on the ballot for Mayor of Belzoni in the upcoming general election.
Preliminary results from Tuesday's Municipal Democratic runoff show Eula Davis the winner with 61 percent of the vote.
Challenger Joe Jackson received 39 percent of the vote.
Davis will face Independent Candidate Terrance Hurrsey in the general election scheduled for June 3rd.
