Bulloch County to open single polling place for July 15 runoff election

Bulloch County voters participating in the July 15, 2025, runoff election for the Democratic Public Service Commission Special Primary will cast their ballots at a single voting location, due to low turnout in the initial primary.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-270, counties may consolidate polling places for runoff primaries under specific conditions—including when fewer than 1% of registered voters participated in the original primary. As a result, the only polling place open on Election Day will be:

4 South Zetterower Avenue
Statesboro, GA 30458

The runoff is being held exclusively by the Democratic Party for the Public Service Commission special election. No other parties have runoff races scheduled.
