Everyone has a solution that gets mired in some other issue, and the problem keeps getting worse. Mayor Bass has her work cut out for her and I'm hoping she will finally be the one to put a dent in this problem. I actually don't think it can be solved until there are great systematic changes made, but if we are to at least reverse course and head in the right direction that would be a big improvement.

At least the issue is no longer ignored, so there's that.
