Special Elections in cities sees some tax bonds passed and some voted against

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Three cities participated in early voting to pass three bills that would increase city taxes that would in turn issue out bonds to upgrade the city.

he city of Sherwood voted to against a sales tax that would allow the city to issue millions of bonds.

As a result, none of the other bond taxes would be passed, even though they also failed to receive more votes for rather than against.
