in January of 1992. Soundgarden opened. Chris Cornell was on point, but the rest of the band was off, so they didn’t make a great impression on me. Axl was only 45 minutes late and G’N’R played for almost 3 hours. This was shortly after Gilby Clarke replaced Izzy Stradlin. “November Rain” was especially epic that night. One of the better concerts I’ve been to

the sad part is that they could've been one of the greatest rock band ever except for Axel's heroin addiction, Slash quit the band because of this.
