Well, let's keep it going with The Art Of Noise.

Art of Noise (also the Art of Noise) were a British avant-garde and electronic group formed in early 1983 by engineer/producer Gary Langan and programmer J. J. Jeczalik, along with keyboardist/arranger Anne Dudley, producer Trevor Horn, and music journalist Paul Morley.

They were fed up with the 'pop' sound and felt that one could do that by just 'making noises'. Then, a wonder invention came along.

This thing made a whole new area of music available. Trevor Horn got one, the Art Of Noise gang was all into it, and the rest is history.

The band has been around for almost forty-four years.

(I admit to a bias, because this is one of my all time favorite bands.)

Here is the group playing at The Prince's Trust. Note that they don't need the Fairlight these days, but they do still use it.
