He was a mess but he wrote the hits, to cut him out was a trash move

You should really read about the band, Doug had a horrible drinking problem, the band forced him to sign over his rights, then he killed himself, at least that's how I remember it. The drinking kind of gives a new meaning to the lyrics of Hey Jeolosy.
