(1,636 posts)Not sure it was released as a single here but if I was I never heard it on the radio. Normally drawn out repetitious endings to songs (many of their songs in fact, esp. on Be Here Now) get on my nerves, but not on that song for some reason. Especially not when it's really freaking loud
The Stone Roses "This is the One" is the same way for me.
Just watched ... sadly they're lip-synching here, that's the studio version playing

From the second article:
Oasis - "Roll With It"
We often, regrettably, forget that Oasis wasnt always composed of just Noel and Liam Gallagher. During their heyday, they had Paul "Guigsy" McGuigan on bass, and "Bonehead" (AKA Paul Arthurs) on guitar. The latter caused a bit of a ToTP sabotage of his own when swapping with the cellist the year before during a performance of Whatever. But in 1995, Oasis continued to mess about with the shows producers. For Roll With It there was a last minute swap of the Gallagher brothers, ostensibly to see if anyone would notice they were lip-syncing. It looked like producers were wise to the act this time, though; as it was quickly spotted, and a message appeared on screen to let viewers know they hadnt been had.
