To have seen Hendrix with his Experience and Clapton with Cream. For me the lyrics are so Sublime and probably nostalgic for me and being with women of the era, I appreciate the Hendrix Studio version without Hendrix, Clapton, or Stevie Ray Vaughan going off on a guitar rent. Sting did it on Saturday Night Live a beautiful version with a flute (which I can't find anywhere, my supposition is because Sting seemed pretty wasted)
