Pawn Hearts was life changing. Saw them as a three piece in Chicago a while back, great concert.

Discovered these guys within the last year or so. I can't believe I missed them, as I've always been big into prog.

...very seriously, we're they.
Guy playing a flute, when it was obviously a metronome.
Then playing a soprano sax during the flute solo, and most of the rest of the song when we never hear that instrument.
The keyboard player using a Hammond when what we hear are strings.
I'm thinking this was a middle finger to the record company.

We see lots of mimed videos in MA, but I found this one particularly interesting in that the band didn't seem on board.
I've seen some where the amps are off, or there's no cable between the guitar & amp. Same deal. Band doing it because management says so, but they're not into it.

And many LPs, solo and VDG.. Pawn Hearts still rules them all IMO.
