Adam Beyer has announced his first album in over two decades. 'Explorer Vol.1' is set to land on the techno stalwart's Drumcode imprint in June, marking Beyer's first full-length EP since 2002's 'Ignition Key'.
Alongside the announcement, the Swedish DJ, producer and label boss has shared the first single and title track from the project, 'Explorer' a punchy peak-time banger featuring searing bass and a moody vocal asking: "So whatchu gonna do?".
The new record is said to be inspired by "permutations of Adam's headspace", exploring the producer's interests in sci-fi, the creative journey and more. While listeners will have to wait until this summer to hear the full record, the tracklist reveals several high-profile collaborators such as Coco Francavilla, Julian Jeweil, Max Styler, Kyozo, HNTR and more.
Adam Beyer's 'Explorer Vol.1' will land on Drumcode on June 13, pre-save the album here. Check out the full tracklist and listen to the new single 'Explorer' below.

Drumcode Records is a Swedish techno label managed by Adam Beyer. The label was founded in 1996 and has enjoyed a streak of success in its releases, talent scouting, radio efforts, and general international label camaraderie ever since. Originally a techno label, recent years have seen a shift to more progressive Trance and EDM styles amongst artists being released. Its roots are in its native Scandinavia, originally only housing Swedish producers, but in the label's history it has since branched out to working with those whose sound fit the profile, rather than whose nationality aligns best.
