Leo Kottke...guitar wonder

Long time ago,,,, 1970s (?) maybe early 1980s….

saw Kottke at DeAnza College on Stevens Creek

I had the good fortune to see him many times in those early years, in Wisconsin and Minnesota. His repartee between numbers as he tuned his guitar, was always utterly beguiling.

Saw him twice. Once at Wise Fools' & once at Kingston Mines.
I've been a fan since "My Feet Are Smiling".
He's the main reason I got so into 12 string guitar.
He had really bad tendinitis fir a while but he changed the way he holds his right wrist and changed the angle at which his fingers attack the strings.
The result is he's back out playing live!
I have a great Leo Kottke story, but I'll save that for another time.
