Central Maine Healthcare faces six class-action lawsuits over data breach incidentPORTLAND (WGME) -- A company that runs several hospitals in Maine is facing a string of lawsuits for a cyber incident last month.
Six class-action lawsuits have been filed against Central Maine Healthcare.
The lawsuits claim patient data were exposed and alleged negligence and breach of implied contract.
Central Maine Healthcare, which operates Central Maine Medical Center, says all systems are fully restored.
