... who starred in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. on TV back in the mid-sixties.
I think this must have been a B movie – and that's being generous – at the start of his career. His garment looks like fabric, not hide. And, yeah, the haircut and a clean Burma Shave are pretty cheesy!
