As someone with Type 2 diabetes I go with fried okra, beans and coleslaw. They do a great looking stuffed baked potato that I'd rather have, but I couldn't use enough insulin to cover that.

Cuts through the grease.
Lots of different types. I prefer the less sweet ones and also there is a pure cabbage slaw with just marinated cabbage and carrots and some sliced red and green peppers - olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Also need Bushs baked beans. Original style. I always spice it up with a little more mustard powder, splash of maple syrup and a squirt of ketchup.
