Escape To The Country:

Linda's Theme from Wallander:

From Da Vinci's Inquest:

I don't tend to watch shows that have full length songs in them, so they're all intros.

This was a 30s-style song from the Dr. Who episode Daleks in Manhattan and it also was in the last episode with David Tennant but with just the music. I downloaded the song and it's one of my most listened to song in my music library.

Woke Up This Morning, Alabama 3. From The Sopranos.

Never saw a single episode (never had HBO). I've heard it's quite good, though, and it is a terrific song.

19. Oats in the Water by Ben Howard

Also known as Hershel's Theme in the Walking Dead Season 4.

Go your way
I'll take the long way 'round
Oh, I'll find my own way down
Oh, As I should
And hold your gaze
There's coke in the Midas touch
A joke in the way that we rust
And breathe again
And you'll find loss
And you'll fear what you found
When the weather comes, oh
Tearing down
There'll be oats in the water
There'll be birds on the ground
There'll be things you never asked her
Oh, how they tear at you now
Go your way
Oh, I'll take the long way 'round
Oh, I'll find my own way down
Oh, as I should
And hold your gaze
There's coke in the Midas touch
A joke in the way that we rust
And breathe again
And you'll find loss
And you'll fear what you found
When the weather comes, oh
Tearing down
There'll be oats in the water
There'll be birds on the ground
There'll be things you never asked her
Oh, how they tear at you now

Scott Wilson (1942- 2018)
