Had prostate cancer 12 yrs ago and dr said psa was up

And to retest in 6 months. I was worried and started taking lycopene and eating a jar of tomato sauce everyday. My PSA was down to it's lowest level in my lifetime that I remember at .31...So needless to say I'm relieved for a while anyway
