B'fast tomorrow (happens sometimes) - 4 frozen biscuits, buttered, with (salad) bacon pieces.

Very unwelcomely filling for the rest of the day.

cut in half and buttered on each side. & by "buttered" I mean non-trans-fat-imitation "butter". I've got to spell everything out;

Plus, I only do scrambled eggs pan fried (in light, generic olive oil), no milk, no beaten. And my tip, (I forget) ...
