Monica, Chandler, Ross and Rachel would vote for Cuomo.
Joey would vote for Sliwa.
Phoebe would vote for Mamdani.

the majority of those who vote, would vote for Mamdani. An analysis of the primary showed that even among young Jews, Mamdani won more of them.

I would doubt any vote for Silwa.

I am assuming your question requires a time warp, so they are in 2025 young twenty somethings.

Phoebe would vote for Silwa. (He had a lot of cats, none of them stinky)
Ross would vote for Cuomo.
I think Joey would have gotten distracted on his way to the poll and didn't vote.
The younger Chandler would vote for Cuomo but the older one, the one who married Monica, would have voted for Mamdami.

Uh-oh. I know too much about these folks.
