Well... apparently Malaise has lost her power

I'm so glad she was able to post as long as she did. Seems the very worst of it is going west of her. I know it's gonna be a horrible mess, but I'm pretty sure Malaise will be okay.

perhaps Malaise can direct us to the best organizations to financially support in helping these folks with the necessities of life.

I doubt the regime will even throw paper towels their way.

Many have lost furniture, windows, roofs, walls, pets, even some lives.

I'm confident that Malaise is safe, if temporarily incommunicado.

She was back yesterday!! And, amazingly, never lost power. Just wifi and cable.

But there are other impacts: gasoline, groceries, etc. which might not be felt for a few days.
