Floor seats. $$$. "Intuit Dome" a nightmare from start to finish.
The shithead right in front of me stood the whole time videoing the thing with phone over their head.
It got worse but I won't go into details.
I'm too old for this shit.

(10,815 posts)My least favorite seats in recent years; I was bummed because it was a Halloween show and the Clockwork Stringers all dressed for it. What a great show, even with the awful seats.
I got tickets today for next year's Rush show on 11/22, and I'm in my preferred area. 1st level, with a perfect view from Ged's side. I'll get a good view of the New Chick, too.

Last time for this shit.
I really felt that I had been 100% monetized by those bastards with no conscience. Like cattle to the slaughter.
That place insists that you upload a selfie and all kinds of information in order to get in there. Then it turns out that none of it works.

(1,401 posts)Friends and I would always opt for seats far away and upstairs. We would watch the concerts comfortably seated using binoculars.
With binocs, Geddy and Alex were right in front of us. See everything up close.
It seems the more one would pay for seats, the greater the probability of standing the whole show. Not for me, even when I was 20.
We would get the set list in advance and figure out which songs could be potential beer runs and bathroom breaks. (If one goes during the music, instead of at intermissions, there are no lines.)
I've seen them many times. My favorite band of all time has a few expendable songs.
I figured out that if I left during the last two/three songs, I could get to the parking lot and out immediately. Those last two songs could add an hour or more to my exit. I typically left in the middle of YYZ, which was always played during the encores.
I look forward to seeing the videos for the upcoming tour. To see it live would entail a plane ride.

(667 posts)Unless you are in the first 5 rows, cheaper seats are better. Same for baseball. You can see the field better higher up, and with the jumbotron you are just fine
