Do you brush your teeth before you get dressed or after?

(193,976 posts)Ive been very diligent about brushing my teeth twice a day since my last dental appointment in September. Good report but they reminded me to brush twice a day especially the gums.

go out for the day. Then when I get home, I strip down to my undershorts again.

(11,162 posts)I floss and brush my teeth nightly before bedtime. This is when I changed out of my day attire into my night loungers.
I generally don't consume food until between 1pm to 3pm so I don't really feel the need to brush my teeth in the morning.
I consume mostly coffee and water before and during my work hours.
Brushing my teeth and then consuming coffee just doesn't sound appealing but perhaps I should to help protect my teeth enamel.
Sidenote: I just broke into a snack sized bag of corn chips this morning! It's been almost an entire year since I've allowed myself corn chips.
