really does affect your overall health. I’m in the middle of fighting an insurance denial of service for my husband and I feel like hitting something! I’m a former nurse, current computer analyst and I am well aware of their denial algorithms and BS.

I wish you the very best, most of the time, they use a physician review thingy and overcome those initial denials, but still a total pain and for people less comfortable with medical stuff, they're much more likely to just give up.
