Good morning my beautiful DU family,

Sometimes the seeds to a great day are planted bright and early in the morning.
Be kind to yourself, be sweet to yourself, and as best as you know how, be a friend to yourself. It'll kickstart your day when you greet the person looking back at you in the mirror.
Please let us have a day filled with opportunities to plant and tend to the seeds in our gardens.
Love, John Mckusick

and in 2 days I will have to place him in long term care. My heart is broken. Why do bad things happen to good people? Yes, I read the book, but the dang FOG returns - fear, obligation and guilt.

Best to you

Especially in your time of such grief and change. I'm so sorry you're going through this, may your decisions be best for everyone involved and recognized as such! God Speed.
