What is one of your favorite Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet!) catch phrases or memorable quotes? (RIP Dame Patricia Routledge)

My favorite will always be: "The Bouka-a-ay-y-y Residence... the lady of the house speaking! --- No this is NOT the Chinese takeaway!"

It was as though Hyacinth had moved and found a new career. Or the credits should have read "Patricia Routledge as Hyacinth Bucket as Hatty Wainthropp" ... I always adored her though and she was a perfect match for the cozy-mystery genre.

but I don't really have any phrases to share. Nor do I have any phrases from the special she did on the life of Hildegarde von Bingen - but oh boy, that was magnificent. I'm sad to lose her.
