Two shots to get the party started. Now, in honor of the intrepid Windy City, a Chicago Cocktail. Brandy, Cointreau, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Yummy!

My local Greek restaurant makes the most wonderfully, sinfully delicious chocolate baklava in the world. That, after a dinner of chicken saganaki and a glass of retsina, constitutes one of the greatest, but simple, pleasures in the world.
