AND stop dumping unwanted cats, instead of finding good homes for them.

And let's talk about dogs, while we're at it. I tried to take out my trash the other evening, when a big dog started barking ferociously, and came running toward me. I just barely made it into the house, before the dog got on my porch.

People should keep their cats AND dogs in their own yards.
