It is mornings like this, after a day of self imposed isolation, that reminds me how wonderful and necessary you are to my mental well being.
Thank you for being here, so lovingly, so warmly, and so supportively.
I hope your day is filled with moments that support you and yours, and that you're free to accept these gifts that make life so much better.
