Today is Black Cat Appreciation Day

My two magic black cats, Houdini and Merlin, got extra treats this morning and lots of skritches and love.

The one with half-white whiskers is a ‘stumpy’, having a little tail about 2” long. The other one is a ‘rumpy’, no tail at all. I’ve never checked to see exactly what she’s got going on back there.

They look identical to me.

Is the one on the right a little shorter or is that just the camera angle?

Lucy and Charlie Brown. Lucy was immediately like we've been besties forever. Charlie took a few days to warm up to become best friends. They get along pretty well. Both about 5 years
