went to a working sheep farm and learned that a well trained sheep dog could cost up to15,000 NZD because one dog could do the work of 3 men.

My Grandparents had a herding dog for their cows and he did all the work because Granddad had no hired help. Just him and the dog. My Grandma was crippled from polio but she worked just as hard driving the tractor and growing the food and canning and baking bread.
