I've never seen an English muffin with seeds. Cornmeal, yes.

Their taste is undeniable, and an unopened package of them will keep "fresh" well into the next decade. I heard that some were found in the tombs of ancient Egyptian pharaohs, and were still fresh enough to toast and eat.
(i.e. yeah, they taste good, but be aware of what you are putting into yourself)
