A local shop makes a rosemary bagel every now & then. It's not a scheduled bagel so it's just luck to get one. I've had three over the years with plain cream cheese.

The onion bagel is not as oniony as I like it so it's a mild disappointment. I need to find a better brand of bagel.

If you want a nice holiday away go to Montreal. They have great food. And if you like the Montreal bagel you can buy them at the Trudeau Airport and take them home and freeze them.

It all depends on my mood that day. My favorites are everything and salt. I also like cinnamon raisin, blueberry, and asiago. Sometimes I eat it plain; sometimes I put cream cheese or butter on it; sometimes I get it toasted; and sometimes I make a sandwich out of it. My favorite is ham and cheese on an asiago bagel. Delicious!
