the rauncher , the better. i do things w humor, for example , when i am in the er , i have them in the aisles laughing as itt helps me relax and they relax as i dont know their intentiojns nor they me .

Decades ago I spent 7 years combined in EMS and Corrections. Let me assure you, those two jobs along with anything ER demand twisted humor and logic just to cope.
