Whenever the RG would pack for a business trip, they would do this. Sit in his suitcase so he couldn’t leave.

Another strategy was to sit on his leg so he couldn’t walk

One night when I was away on vacation, he told me they came in, sat on the bed, and would not leave. They just stared at him.

It gradually dawned on him that something was wrong and he needed to check it out. He got up, looked around the house, and realized he had left the sprinkler on outside.

They are all great. That cat keeping the baby swing going deserves a Nobel prize. My kids went through a stage with the swing, that when it stopped they cried, bloody murder. I was only trying to do some housework, or grab a quick bite to eat. That's a damn good cat.
