I don't trust scales.

Yesterday they said I lost over 20 lbs after I went for a 5 mile jog.
Well it was 95 degrees out, but that can’t be right.

weighs about 8 lbs. if you sweated a lot, a 5-lb water loss is quite possible, especially if you also used the bathroom. source: me
